Hi! I am a working wife and momma of two young kids at home. The kitchen is my happy place! I enjoy making good food for my friends and family to enjoy. Growing up on a dairy farm, I started baking when I was six years old, so food has always been a passion for me. The best part? I love that it brings people together ... whether you're on a rare date with your sweetheart, laughing with girlfriends over a pizza or gathering around the kitchen during the holidays. The best food has a way of making you feel at home.

Summer days call for picnics at the park! My family generally packs a picnic when we are on the go. Fast food isn’t always cheap and usually not very healthy, so I opt for a home-cooked meal packed in the cooler. My mom always packed a cooler growing up, so it’s fun to see my read more »

Spring is only a few days away, and it has me ready for Easter, DIYing and outdoor activities! Since I’ve rarely been going out this past year, I’ve been more aware of buying activities for the kids that they can do at home instead of just the usual toys or trinkets. So this spring, the read more »

Fruity White Chocolate Cookies

Posted by Rebecca R on November 23, 2020

My husband came home from work the other day and mentioned that his co-worker’s wife makes a cookie with white chocolate chips and Fruity Pebbles® breakfast cereal. If you’re anything like me, you’d give him the stink face and probably think … that sounds … weird. Cereal, in a cookie? Doesn’t that get soggy? Does read more »

Whether you have littles at home or just yourself, it’s always fun to get creative in the kitchen. My kids especially like when we swap out hotdish or tacos (the classics) for something a little more fun – like Yummy Mummy little pizzas or Jack-O-Lantern Sliders. To be honest, Yummy Mummies are a hit all read more »

Dough! Edible Cookie Dough

Posted by Rebecca R on October 12, 2020

Anyone else a cookie dough eater? (I’m raising my hand right now.) While some people walk out of their at-home office and into the living room after a stressful day of work and crack open an ice-cold beverage, I open the freezer to my secret stash of cookie dough. So when I saw that Monster read more »

Time for Chili

Wahoo! Time for Chili (Seasoning)!

Posted by Rebecca R on September 23, 2020

Anyone notice Wahoo! Chili Seasoning, is back? I did. If you didn’t know, it’s a seasonal product. That means it doesn’t stick around the whole year, so I have to make sure I grab one (or two) before it goes off sale for the warm summer months. Don’t let the name fool you into thinking it’s read more »
