The decadent holiday foods are behind us and it’s time to get back on track, right? I don’t know about you, but I sorta let the holiday foods happen, because ya gotta live a little! So now that January has arrived, we must be grateful for what was and plunge into the new year that is to be.
And guess what? We have some darn tasty recipes that are chock full of nutritious ingredients. It’s true! For reals! Eating healthy doesn’t have to be a hardship, and I have the recipes to prove it.
