Easy Beer Bread Recipe Variations

Try these simple variations to mix up something delicious. All these recipes bake in a 9×5-inch Silicone Loaf Pan at 375°F for 50-55 minutes, unless otherwise directed.

PB&J POP BREAD
Combine bread mix with 12 ounces grape or strawberry soda, 1/3 cup warmed grape or strawberry jam and 6 ounces peanut butter chips. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter. Bake as directed.

CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD
Combine bread mix with 1½ cups orange juice and 1 cup dried cranberries. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter; bake as directed.

VANILLA PECAN BREAD
Combine bread mix with 12 ounces vanilla cola; bake as directed. Cool and frost with 1 can coconut pecan frosting.

COCONUT PINEAPPLE BREAD
Combine bread mix with 12 ounces beer, 8 ounces crushed pineapple (drained) and 1 cup flaked coconut. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter; bake as directed.

CHERRY BREAD
Combine bread mix with 12 ounces black cherry soda, ½ cup dried cherries and ¼ cup chopped almonds. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter; bake as directed.

BEER BATTER FOR FISH
Use equal parts beer bread mix and beer. Stir thoroughly. Season fresh fish fillets with salt and pepper; dip into batter. Fry battered fish in hot oil, turning once during cooking.

IRISH RAISIN BREAD
Soak 1½ cups raisins in 1½ cups milk for 1 hour to soften. Add to bread mix; blend well. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter; bake as directed.

ORANGE STREUSEL BREAD
Combine bread mix with 12 ounces orange soda; pour into greased loaf pan. Mix ½ cup flour, ½ cup sugar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and ¼ cup softened butter. Sprinkle over batter. Bake as directed.

Cheesy Pepperoni Beer Bread

BOUNTIFUL CHEESY PEPPERONI BREAD
Combine bread mix with 12 ounces beer, 2 tablespoons Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning, 2 cups shredded mozzarella and 1 cup chopped pepperoni. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter. Bake as directed 60-75 minutes.

CORN BREAD
Combine bread mix with 15-ounce can cream-style corn and 1/3  cup vegetable oil. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter; bake as directed.

Butterscotch Breakfast Bread

BUTTERSCOTCH BREAKFAST BREAD
Combine bread mix with 12 ounces cream soda and 1 cup butterscotch chips. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter; sprinkle with 3 tablespoons coarse sugar. Bake as directed.

CINN-A-DEW BREAD
Combine bread mix with 12 ounces Mountain Dew® and 1 cup cinnamon chips. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle with ½ tablespoon each sugar and cinnamon; bake as directed.

Best Beer Bread Ever

BEST BEER BREAD EVER
Combine bread mix with 12 ounces beer and 2 tablespoons Onion Onion™ Seasoning. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter; sprinkle with 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning. Bake as directed.

FRESH RASPBERRY BREAD
Combine bread mix with ½ cups orange juice and 1 cup raspberries. Bake as directed. Prepare glaze with 5 tablespoons powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon orange juice. Pour over bread while warm.

HERB BREAD
Combine bread mix with 12 ounces beer and 2 tablespoons Rustic Herb Seasoning OR Spinach & Herb Seasoning. Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter; bake as directed.

BACON CHEESE BREAD
