Easy Christmas Tree Fruit Pizza

If you’re looking for a fun treat to make during the holiday season, try these easy tree-shaped fruit pizzas! Do you remember the turkey fruit pizzas that were such a hit with my family last month? Check out that blog post here > They have been asking me to make MORE fruit pizza ever since we made that little turkey. I kid you not, this is an almost daily request. I decided since we are past turkey day, why not make little Christmas trees instead?

If you have Ah, Sugar Sugar! Cookie Mix and Sugar Cookie Cheese Ball Mix, you are set for all fruit pizza making!

Start by preheating the oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine Ah, Sugar Sugar! Cookie Mix with butter and milk according to package directions. Divide dough in two, then press dough into two, 9-inch round circles on a cookie sheet, pressing out to edges to create a crust. Bake 13-15 minutes. Cool completely.

In a small bowl, combine Sugar Cookie Cheese Ball Mix and 8 ounces cream cheese. Spread onto cooled crust.

Cut the circle into 8 triangles – like you are cutting a pizza! Then take fruit of choice and top each tree. I used kiwi, pomegranates and pineapple. Check out the recipe here >

Another fun way to make fruit pizza for the holidays is making Ah, Sugar Sugar! Cookies according to package directions and decorate the little circle cookies as ornaments!

Enjoy!
